HYPATEX TRILAMINATE 1.25mm

Hypatex is a Hypalon® trilaminate suitable for the production and repair of small inflatable boats, rafts and tenders, resistant to UV rays and contact with hydrocarbons. Hypalon® is Du Pont’s registered trademark for chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM), a synthetic rubber that is supplied to the rubber industry as a raw material to be processed and vulcanized into a wide range of finished products. Instruction and tip for bonding Hypatex trilaminate: – Sand and brush the bonding surface. Swab clean with SOLVEK NG solvent and wait 5 minutes. – Apply a first coat of EUROFIX GOMMONI prepared with 5 percent DESMOUR RFE and allow to dry for at least 30 minutes. – Apply a second coat of the above product. – Allow to dry for about 15 minutes, and then mate the media and press for 15 seconds at 2 atmospheres.
