Hypatex is a Hypalon® trilaminate suitable for the production and repair of small inflatable boats, rafts and tenders, resistant to UV rays and contact with hydrocarbons. Hypalon® is Du Pont’s registered trademark for chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM), a synthetic rubber that is supplied to the rubber industry as a raw material to be processed and vulcanized into a wide range of finished products. Instruction and suggestion for bonding: – Sand and brush the bonding surface. Swab clean with SOLVEK NG solvent and wait 5 minutes. – Apply a first coat of EUROFIX GOMMONI prepared with 5 percent DESMOUR RFE and allow to dry for at least 30 minutes. – Apply a second coat of the above product. – Allow to dry for about 15 minutes, and then mate the media and press for 15 seconds at 2 atmospheres.

L'Hypalon® è il marchio depositato dalla Du Pont per indicare il polietilene clorosulfonato (CSM), una gomma sintetica che viene fornita all’industria della gomma, come materia prima da trasformare e vulcanizzare per ottenere una vasta gamma di prodotti finiti. Istruzione e suggerimento per l’incollaggio del trilaminato Hypatex: - Carteggiare e spazzolare la superficie di incollaggio. Pulire a tampone con solvente SOLVEK NG e aspettare 5 minuti. - Applicare una prima mano di EUROFIX GOMMONI preparato con il 5% di DESMOUR RFE e fare asciugare per almeno 30 minuti. - Applicare una seconda mano del prodotto di cui sopra. - Fare asciugare per circa 15 minuti e di seguito accoppiare i supporti e pressare per 15 secondi a 2 atmosfere.
