Eurofix Gommoni is intended, in the marine industry, for the preparation of neoprene inflatable boats, hypalon e rubberized fabrics. How it is used: Surfaces should be sanded thoroughly just before bonding and, if necessary, cleaned with solvent to totally eliminate the presence of plasticizers. Apply an even coat of Eurofix Gommoni, added with 8 to 10 percent crosslinker Desmodur RFE/RE, on both surfaces to be bonded, allowing the solvent to dry thoroughly. Bondings performed with Eurofix Gommoni demonstrate excellent initial setting with strong tensile strength immediately after bonding the parts.
In case you wish to verify the bonding strength by tensile testing, keep in mind that final setting develops after at least 48 hours.The thermal resistance of bonding is above 100°C
